Trusted by organisations that invest in their people

Since launching in East Rosenbaum, we have partnered with over 120 companies across the UK to design and deliver training that sticks. Our facilitators bring real-world expertise — not generic slide decks — to every session, whether it is a half-day workshop on conflict resolution or a twelve-week leadership development programme. The proof is in the sustained behavioural change our clients report months after we leave the room.

Every programme is built around your context, not ours

We begin each engagement with a structured needs analysis — interviewing stakeholders, reviewing performance data, and mapping competency gaps. This means the content your teams receive is directly tied to the challenges they face on Monday morning, not a generic curriculum pulled from a shelf.

Our facilitators have held operational roles in finance, healthcare, technology, and public-sector organisations. They teach from experience, not theory alone, which is why participants consistently describe our sessions as "the first training that actually felt relevant."

How we design and deliver your training

Discovery

Stakeholder interviews and gap mapping

We speak with managers, HR leads, and a sample of participants to understand the real performance gaps — not just the perceived ones. This phase typically takes one to two weeks and results in a clear brief that both sides sign off on before any content is written.

Design

Curriculum architecture and materials

Our instructional designers build learning journeys that blend theory, practice, and reflection. We choose delivery formats — live workshops, virtual sessions, self-paced modules, or blended tracks — based on what will create the deepest retention for your audience and schedule.

Deliver and embed

Facilitation, follow-up, and measurement

Delivery is only half the work. We run post-session coaching nudges, peer accountability groups, and a 90-day impact review to make sure learning translates into observable behaviour change. You receive a comprehensive report showing pre- and post-programme shifts.

Outcomes our clients have achieved

Reduced new-manager attrition by 31%

A fintech scale-up with 400 employees used our Emerging Leaders programme to support 28 newly promoted managers. Within six months, voluntary turnover among that cohort dropped from 22% to 15%.

"The programme gave our managers a shared language for feedback that we still use daily." — Head of People, London fintech

Cut compliance incident reports by half

A logistics firm operating across three UK depots rolled out our anti-bribery and data-handling workshops to 600 staff. Incident reports related to policy breaches fell from 18 per quarter to 9 within two reporting cycles.

Improved internal promotion rate

After running a year-long blended development track for mid-level talent, a public-sector agency saw internal promotions increase by 40% compared to the prior year, reducing external recruitment spend significantly.

"We finally have a pipeline of leaders who are ready, not just available." — Director of Workforce Planning

Presentation confidence scores up 58%

A professional services firm sent 45 consultants through our two-day Presentation Skills Bootcamp. Self-assessed confidence scores rose from an average of 4.2 to 6.6 out of 10, and client feedback on proposal presentations improved markedly in the following quarter.

Frequently asked questions

For bespoke programmes, we recommend a lead time of six to eight weeks to allow for thorough discovery and design. Shorter-format workshops from our existing catalogue can often be scheduled within three weeks, subject to facilitator availability.

Yes. We have delivered virtual programmes for teams based in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. In-person delivery outside the UK is possible and quoted on a case-by-case basis, including travel and accommodation costs transparently.

We find that groups of 10 to 16 participants produce the best learning outcomes for interactive workshops. For lecture-style compliance sessions, we can accommodate up to 60. Coaching and mentoring engagements are one-to-one or small-group (3 to 5).

We use a modified Kirkpatrick model: immediate reaction surveys, knowledge assessments at 30 days, behavioural observation at 60 days, and a results review at 90 days. The specifics are agreed during the discovery phase so we measure what matters most to your organisation.

Absolutely. We produce SCORM-compliant content and can work with platforms such as Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, and others. If you prefer a standalone delivery, we also provide our own lightweight learning portal at no additional cost.
